Maureen Reed for Congress

Maureen spoke at a supporter's home near White Bear Lake recently talking about her views, background, and the race for Congress. Neighbors, colleagues and old friends of all political persuasions were interested in what it will take to defeat Michele Bachmann in 2010.

Maureen said, "In the 6th district, only 43% of us are Democrats, we can win every Democratic vote and still lose. To beat Congresswoman Bachmann we have to win over independent voters, and with my background of results in health care, job creation, and managing budgets I know I can and will do just that."

With fewer than 200 days until November 2nd we are excited to be talking to voters across the district and know that with your support we will beat Bachmann this year.
